I can't do anything right

“I can’t do anything right” – here’s why you feel like this

The world we live in is a tiring place. But we are all much more resilient than we think, and this is an indisputable truth.

There will always be more love to offer, more hope, more passion to invest in what we do.

We may all be exhausted, we may all feel discouraged at times. But we need to have more confidence in ourselves, to overcome obstacles.

Just because you’re on the ground doesn’t mean you can’t take a small step towards change.

You are allowed to fall and to feel that you can’t do anything right! Allow yourself to fall… Some changes occur gradually.

Give it time. Yes, you have every reason to be tired. You are tired because you are making a change. You are tired because you are evolving.

Signs that your soul is tired

Sometimes our problems are not physical. Sometimes it is not our body that is tired, but our soul.

Soul fatigue occurs when you ignore the needs of your soul for a long time and you are not paying attention to your spiritual well-being.

One of the most common signs of soul fatigue is the desire to sleep more than normal and the inability to do normal and mundane things.

If you do not pay attention to these alarm signals in their early stages, they can lead to more serious health problems, such as chronic anxiety or severe depression.

When the soul is tired, you are more sensitive and irritable and you constantly feel that you live on the edge of a knife.

If you continue to live like this, without giving yourself time to take care of your soul, you will go through an emotional collapse sooner or later.

Here are the most common signs and symptoms that your soul is tired:

You feel an inexplicable pain – The mind, body and soul are connected. If there is an imbalance in one, it will affect the others.

Therefore, if your soul is tired, it will try to attract your attention by creating problems on a physical level.

You feel unexplained pain, dizziness, nausea, migraines or tension in the temples, digestive and vision problems.

You are anxious and have panic attacks – When the soul is tired, it is difficult to lead a peaceful life when everything around you is dark and confusing.

If you try to cheer up using methods that used to make you happy and don’t work, this will make you feel helpless, causing you anxiety and panic attacks.

It’s hard for you to deal with problems – The ups and downs are normal in life and we are generally well equipped to deal with them, but when the soul is tired, you do not have the strength to cope with even the simplest challenges.

It is important to take a step back and take spiritual care by doing yoga or meditation to get the energy you need.

You can not sleep – When you are not happy it is almost impossible to sleep well. Even if you manage to rest for a few hours, sleep will be anxious and full of nightmares, which will make you wake up tired.

You feel anxiety, resentment, jealousy and bitterness – We are all sometimes overwhelmed by negative emotions, but when the mind and body are not aligned with the soul, they occur more frequently and more vehemently.

It’s a sign that your soul needs attention.

You feel extremely lonely even when you are surrounded by people – You feel that no one understands you and that you cannot trust those around you.

You can go through an existential crisis, questioning the meaning of life and social connections.

That’s why you feel the need to be alone to find the answer to these questions.

You feel disoriented and unbalanced – When you are stressed and anxious, you live longer in your head and you are bombarded with thoughts, so it is difficult for your body to keep up with this rhythm, so you feel extremely tired and disoriented.

Also, you spend too much time thinking about the past or worrying about the future and in both situations you lose touch with the reality of the present moment.

Mindfulness techniques such as meditation or controlled breathing help you reconnect your mind to your body, resting your soul.

You feel extremely tired physically and emotionally – When you are stressed and anxious, breathing becomes difficult and you feel that you have no energy at all.

Your muscles are weak and all you want is to stay in bed all day.

It is important to include light exercise into your daily routine to get your blood moving and improve your vitality.

Next time you tell yourself: I can’t do anything right, make sure you take care of your soul, first.

What to do when you feel like you can’t do anything right

Take care of yourself – This should be a priority for you.

Get enough sleep, allow your mind to rest properly, relax when needed, exercise, spend quality time with quality people in your life, do what brings you joy, love yourself!

Don’t cling to people, situations, things at any cost – When you think you’re losing everything, you tend to panic.

But maybe God has a better plan for you, have you never thought about that?

Maybe why you keep your teeth, you don’t even need to. You will see that once you overcome the sadness or harsh feelings that are trying you now… the sun will rise on your street.

And you will feel more liberated than ever. Just dare to move on.

Aim as high as possible – Look no further, you have nothing to find there. Instead, focus on the future, exploring your ideas, interests. What makes you really happy? Well, do that.

Your dreams can come true, you just have to find your goal and aim as high as possible. You can do a lot, trust yourself.

Let yourself feel – If you have reached a critical point where you think everything is falling apart around you, then it is important to understand this.

And give yourself time to suffer, to be sad. The more you oppose your feelings, the more they will persist.

Don’t feel guilty about your vulnerability. Unload yourself, let everything come to the surface, free yourself. Let yourself feel!

Give yourself time – Everything is transient in life. Everything has a beginning, but also an end.

Maybe you will have moments when everything will seem upside down, but what you live today, tomorrow will end.

For example, you may run into situations that seem to never end, but the way you feel now will not last indefinitely.

So all you have to do is find strength inside yourself to overcome the moment. And you have power!
